Making Your Reservations:

Renters who book early will have the best choice of units. Make your reservations as soon as your vacation plans are set. We book early and fill up fast.

To Reserve a date and time, pre-payment of the rental charges in full is required. A major credit card is recommended, and the following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Cancellation of rental unit within 30 days of the rental date will result in the forfeiture of the rental charges.

Pick up times are 1:00 p.m through 4:00 p.m. on Friday, unless prior arrangements are made. At the time of pickup, a major credit card is required. Following the clerical work, a check out tour of approximately 30 minutes is required with an instructor to aquaint you with the operation of the unit.

Return time is between 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. on Friday, unless prir arrangements are made.
 

INSURANCE:

Insurance coverage for all rental units will be the responsibilty of the renter. The policy provided to Monroe Custom Campers, Inc., must be a rider or the renter's insurance policy for coverage's of bodily injury, property damage, collision and comprehesive (includeing liability for you and others). Generally, insurace on rental units does NOT cover damage to roofs. Renter's negligence and interior damages are NOT covered by insurance. Roof Top storage is strictly forbidden and pets are NOT allowed! All responsible renters must be properly licensed.
 

ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN WEEKLY COST:

Wiring or hitch work. This work can be provided by Monroe Custom Campers and Truck Accessories, Inc., at your request.
Spare Tire: This unit will be complete with a spare tire. If a flat tire occurs, the renter is responsible for the cost of the spare tire used in all cases other than wear.
A credit card security deposit is required of every renter, which will be used in the event of any extra charges at return of rental. If there are not damages or extra charges to be balanced, your card will not be charged.
30 Days cancellation notice is reqired for a full refund.
Any extra charges at return of rental will be balanced against security deposit.
If there are not damages or extra charges to be balanced, the security deposit will be refunded immediately following inspection of the rental unit.
Rental floor plans and specifications are intended for guideline purposes only.
Monroe Custom Campers & Truck Accessories, Inc. reserves the right to substitues similar of superior equipment if the need may arise.
A cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged to every rental, not returned in clean condition at the time of check-in.
NOTE: NO PETS are allowed. If animal hair is found in a unit, a cleaning fee will be charged to held credit card.

In the event something malfuntions during your rental period, Monroe Custom Campers, Inc. Will do everything reasonable to correct the problem. In an even a problem cannot be resolved, it is understod there will be NO refund, full or partial.
